SCCA hosted their 2nd event of the season this past weekend. Eric and I ended up with a perfect 1/2 finish in class and a 3/4 finish overall. Car setup was the same except for the new Hankook RS3 tires. They seem to offer more grip, but didnt have the crisp feel as the starspecs. The tires also really like to talk back when you push them beyond their grip level.
The day went pretty smooth, was very hot and sunny, and the course was tough to master (at least for me it seemed that way). I feel there was still more time to be found but just couldnt pull of “that” run. Really hoping next event to get that 1st on PAX.
